HARNESS THE WIND : Sailing instructor and enthusiast
PADDLE TO THE SEA: built 2 stitch and glue greenland style Kayaks, numerous Kayak expeditions in the Great lakes and east coast waters of canada.
LEARNED TO LOVE THE WINTER : at a late age of 27 I learned to snow board winter camp and snowshoe, opening up a whole new season, to not be in the city.
FLY BY THE SEAT OF MY PANTS / WITH A LITTLE BIT OF HELP : As the years have moved on I have gainedboth confidence and strength in myself to be able to try just about any thing. With a bit of knowledge, and even more knowledgable friends. I have built a 2 homes, mastered the cold, and raised a family. All one step at a time relying on my own skills and those of my friends and family around me. I have learned that true satisfaction only comes from your own efforts, but that the way to great goals is built with the help of many people.
